The double room provides the essential amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television.

Hotel was clean, service was ok, for the paid price more than we expected. Recommended! Public parking places in the area at saturday evening and sunday are free.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Super clean rooms, high pressure shower and totally accessible location. And to top it off there is one one of the best Italian restaurants (Roma) I have ever dined at just one block away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the train station. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations. The room, though small, wasvery comfy and tidy. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

It is very central and the room was quite comfortable for three people

Getting into the toilet was not very practicle as you had to manouver to the side to be able to close the toilet door as there was no space between the sink and the door for it to close without moving away.

Stopped twice on separate occasions within a week first room needed updating although second room was great.

Delicious breakfast spread with tasty jam. This venue's great location makes it easy to get around 😊. The hotel offers excellent value for the experience it provides.

The staff were friendly & helpful & coped well with my poor French. They speak English well. The choices for breakfast were very good. Very handy to the train station.

Sometimes the traffic noise was bad during the night so I had to close the balcony door in room 15.

Room was a bit unattractive

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Metz for a quick overnight stop during my travels. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with parking spaces nearby and the Musee Centre Pompidou just a 3-minute walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, quickly accommodating our request for a baby bed. The hotel itself was clean and had been recently renovated, with good English-speaking staff and all amenities in working order.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Very good value for money and nearby trainstation. Simple and convenient.

They have à closed garage to park your car. So I left all our luggage in the car. The next day however they open the garage and leave it like that. Not very safe for a fully packed car.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right across from the train station. It's so convenient, especially if you're arriving or departing by train. Plus, being only a 20-minute walk from the old town is a huge bonus.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The location was magnificent and perfect for walking around Nouvelle Ville. It also provided a huge variety of restaurants and bars.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

In such nice hotel english myst be spoken fluently, but staff will be helpful and nice anytime!!
